• Booking & Confirmation 

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or authorized agents. 

A minimum of 4 guests is required for most tours (unless otherwise stated). 

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued. 

Please review your confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. 

 

• Payments 

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or secure bank transfer. 

Full payment is required at least 24 hours before tour departure unless otherwise agreed. 

All prices are quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and include relevant taxes unless stated. 

 

• Cancellation & Refund Policy 

More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund. 

24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund. 

Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund. 

Weather cancellations made by My Wish Tours will receive a full refund or rescheduled tour. 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. 

 

• Changes & Rescheduling 

Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure (subject to availability). 

If the minimum number of participants is not met, My Wish Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund offered. 

 

• Safety & Responsibility 

All guests must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times. 

Activities such as swimming, horse riding, trekking, or snorkeling are undertaken at your own risk. 

My Wish Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour unless caused by proven negligence. 

Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. 

 

• Transfers & Pick-ups 

Return transfers are included in most tours from Nadi, Denarau, and Coral Coast areas (check your tour details). 

Pick-up times will be confirmed at booking. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. 

Missed pick-ups due to late arrival are non-refundable. 

 

• Children Policy 

Child rates apply to guests aged 4–12 years. 

Children under 4 years may join free of charge (on request and subject to safety requirements). 

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

 

• Weather & Force Majeure 

Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, My Wish Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to severe weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. 

In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 

 

• Privacy & Data Protection 

All personal information collected is used solely for booking and operational purposes. 

My Wish Tours will never share or sell your data to third parties. 

 

• Agreement 

By confirming a booking with My Wish Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Tour Policy.
